Annie Guthrie is an experienced hoiistic career counsellor and career  transition coach having worked with a wide range of clients in a range of professions, workplaces, industries and personal circumstances and backgrounds.


She has extensive experience in providing a broad range of individual and organisational based career development services for over 20 years. She provides career transition coaching services to individuals and groups largely of professionals backgrounds including: 

  • senior management teams and executives, 

  • mature age over 45s

  • the young professional 

  • graduates or

  • those returning to study or work.


A lifespan approach to providing services means that she is concerned with helping you on your individual career journey. Team development projects utilise HBDI, MBTI,TKI, DISC and SDI, DeBono's 6 Hats, CPI, Cynergy Conflict Coaching. Career Development work includes the use MBTI, SDI, Holland, Resilience Doughnut and other assessments. 


Her qualifications include MBA with specialisations in HRM, cross-cultural negotiations, BA,Diploma in Adult Education, Cert IV TAE, accredited mediator (with LEADR and DSVC) and accredited Conflict coach (LEADR) and negotiation coach.
